FujiFilm Prescale Pressure Indicating Film Head Gasket Example

Fujifilm developed Prescale^® to reveal pressure between any two contacting surfaces. This thin flexible film conforms to both straight and curved surfaces and is very easy to use. Simply place Prescale^® between two surfaces and apply force. Instantaneously, a high resolution pressure map (profile) is produced. Different gradations of color are calibrated to different amounts of pressure in PSI or kg/cm². Pressure distribution is seen at a glance and can be visually inspected. For great detail, the film can be analyzed through imaging products.
